This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for Land Occupation Concessions which consist of the following type of vendors below: Hot Food catering; Ice Cream catering; Hot Drinks catering and Alcohol Bar catering. In the first instance this DPS will be used for catering vendors, however the scope of this DPS may expand into wider event provision. The purpose of this DPS is to create a list of approved compliant vendors and allow the vendor to bid for the opportunity to legally operate on seasonal pitches, on Council owned land for specific duration. This process ensures visibility and transparency. Please note, this solution was procured under PCR2015 and this notice is to ensure suppliers are aware of this DPS operating within Durham County Council land. Any interested parties should register on open-uk.org and complete the documents attached to 'Contract for Land Occupation Concessions (DPS).' Potential providers are able to complete the forms at anytime to be accepted onto stage 1 of the DPS. When opportunities arise, all bidders accepted onto stage 1 will be invited to bid for pitches, which are usually advertised on a seasonal basis.
