Ribble Valley Borough Council (the Authority) requires provision of recycling services for mixed wastepaper and cardboard ("Mixed Waste") through a service concession with the Authority to receive payment from the Concession Service Provider for the Mixed Waste [Mixed Paper and Cardboard]. The Authority will collect the mixed waste from residential properties within the Ribble Valley Borough and deliver it directly to the concession service provider's designated depot.
