We need reliable external contractors capable of delivering the required calibre of workmanship on time, to cost. We also require contractors to meet our standards in terms of behaviour, liaison, and reporting. Finally we have to procure these services in a way that meets our obligations under Public Sector Procurement Regulations.This DPS will allow us to do that properly, fairly and openly with suppliers.
