HS2 requires the provision of software support services for its Contruent Enterprise (PRISM) system, an integrated project lifecycle management system which provides secure, role-based access to budgeting, progress and performance measurement, earned value cost and schedule analysis, change control and cost forecasting. This contract is to provide support for the bespoke reports and customised technical environment made to the standard Contruent offering. To transfer knowledge and upskill to HS2 resources to enable self-sufficiency moving forwards. Provide training to new users. The software is proprietary software and therefore can't be provided by another supplier.
