Convent House Day Care & Resource Centre invites tenders for building adaptation - the main objective of these building adaption works involves the following works: Converting the existing toilet space for the service users into two separate unisex toilets which are adequate for ambulant disabled personal to use. The construction of a suspended ceiling @ 2.4 metres high and installation of a radiator in the consultation room. The removal of the wall nib directly outside the consultation room as shown on the associated construction drawing. Total strip out of the existing staff toilet, replacement of sanitary ware and re tile the walls and floor. Replacement of a window in the current Consultation Room from a timber frame construction to PVC double glazed aragon filled glazing.
