CORU is now seeking consultancy support to complete a workforce plan 2022– 2026 to be able to meet the changing needs of the public service in a cost-efficient manner. This workforce plan is for directly employed staff only. Individual members of the Council, Registration Boards, Committees and associate contributors such as assessors and reviewers are outside the scope of this strategic workforce planning exercise. The plan should address the three year and five year horizons. The level of detail required for the three year horizon is not expected for the five year horizon which is expected to be less clear at this stage given the amount of change anticipated.
