Gentoo Group is seeking to engage a contractor with specialist expertise in cosmetic repairs across a broad range of surfaces and materials. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, repairs to: Kitchen worktops Window and door frames Ceramic tiles Other internal and external cosmetic finishes within residential properties This notice relates to a short-term contract intended to support immediate operational needs. Following the conclusion of this initial arrangement, Gentoo Group plans to undertake a formal procurement exercise to secure one or more long-term suppliers to deliver cosmetic repair services across our property portfolio. This future procurement will aim to ensure consistent quality, value for money, and improved service delivery for our customers and stakeholders.
