Descriptions
The Council is seeking 10 x disability / wheelchair accessible Temporary Accommodation units. The term of the Contract will be for a maximum period five (5) years; an initial three (3) year term from contract execution with a two (2) year extension option. Please note that due to the nature of this opportunity, this is not a regulated procurement activity and does not fall under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Concession Contract Regulations 2016 or EU Treaty procurement principles. The Council is using this process to obtain best value.
