Proposed Mechanical Systems Upgrade: The works generally consist of the strip out of the existing systems and replacement with new air to water heat pump system complete with trunk heating system and trunk water system upgrades, air handling units & ventilation system & distribution ductwork upgrades, together with all Electrical works associated with these Mechanical Upgrades. The works are predominantly located within or adjacent Pool & Therapy Pool Area, & Main Plantroom on Ground level, and George Plantroom on upper Roof Level with new trunk distribution services from there traversing over existing roofs.
