Descriptions
Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Council) is seeking a Contractor to undertake streets and open spaces works (public realm works). The Phase 2A Crescent Road Park public realm works will comprise of new hard and soft landscaping, bespoke external seating, benches, planters, bespoke artwork, wayfinding, drainage and external lighting. Phases 2B – 2F will comprise:
- Phase 2B - Planting, play area and other seating nodal points.
- Phase 2C - Crossing point and highway works to roadways.
- Phase 2D - Threshold paving, alleyways and pocket park
- Phase 2E - Artists intervention works.
- Phase 2F - Way finding strategy and artwork, aligned with town interventions
