We are tendering our contract for customer satisfaction surveys for a period of three years initially plus two further years subject to agreement. We are looking for a suitably experienced provider to provide the following satisfaction surveys: • Star (perception) survey • StarT (transactional) surveys to include repairs, lettings, ASB, complaints and contact centre • New Build satisfaction survey.
