Duhallow Community Food Services looks to purchase three Bakery Combi Steamers which include: - Hot air and steam functions - Combi mode (convection and steam) - Stainless steel body - Collection tank for condensate - Carbon fibre handle - Digital display - Variety of programmes including bake, steam, regenerate, combi steams and roasts - Storage of data for HACCP - Three phase - Holds 10 x EN 400 X 600 mm - Steam extraction system - Core temperature sensor and delta T setting - Heat-resistant glass - Tabletop model - Pre-set standard - CE mark as proof of conformity with EU regulatory standards - Manufactured in accordance with relevant hygiene and safety standards - Materials comply with European food safety standards -Stands to be included for each oven Also, one new dishwasher: -500 Basket undercounter dishwasher with detergent and rinse aid cups and an automatic pump.
