DCCI is seeking tenders for the project management of the work packages of the Design & Craft Academy, including, but not exclusive to, programme(s) design, launch, recruitment, management, training, mentoring, and evaluation report according to programme KPIs. Programme Objectives include:•Design & Craft Academy Programmes calendar (includes Start-Up, Growth, eCommerce and innovation work packages)•Launch event at Showcase Ireland 2023 (in partnership with event team)•Programme recruitment, application and selection process and evaluation process•Reach min target number of participants:oStart-Up: 60 participants oGrowth: 25 – 30 Participants oE-Commerce: 50 participants•Management of third party innovation programme supplier•Monitoring and reporting of innovation programme•Design & Craft Academy Evaluation report, including recommendations for further developments•Support the DCCI Craft and Education Department and Communications Department with the promotion of the Design & Craft Academy•Identification of participants to graduate to Enterprise Ireland eco-system of supportsWhile support will be provided by DCCI, the successful tenderer will be the lead project manager for Design & Craft Academy, and should have qualified experience in project management on similar projects.
