The Awarding Authority wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the design, management and construction of the works based on NEC 3 Option C: Target Contract with activity schedule or the new JCT Constructing Excellence Contract (CE) with Target Cost option.The Contractor may be required to appoint a novated Architect. The Contractor may be required to appoint the Structural Engineer and Mechanical and Electrical Engineer directly. The Contractor will also appoint as necessary subcontractors for the implementation of the project.
