Destination Tweed is a unique multi-million pound source-to-sea river revitalisation project led by Tweed Forum and involving multiple partners and funders. The Destination Tweed team are seeking an experienced, creative, results-driven PR agency to create and deliver a communications strategy in support of its activities over the next 4 years. The focus of this tender is on media relations activity to raise awareness of the Destination Tweed project and the various elements contained within it. The agency will be required to: - Research, develop and deliver yearly PR campaigns targeting key target groups as the project progresses - Work with the project partners to ensure consistency of messaging and a collaborative approach to message dissemination - Maximise opportunities for local, regional and national coverage across a variety of outlets; print, broadcast and online - Create and maintain a positive profile for the project - Prepare Destination Tweed team members for broadcast interviews with media Q&As - Coordinate responses to reactive enquiries - Provide sound advice and appropriate responses should any issues arise - Provide monthly and annual reports detailing activity and results It is expected that client contact will be regular and frequent.
