ForViva is procuring a Framework Agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to contractors within the Framework for the provision of a range of new build construction and development projects (‘Development Contracts’).The Framework Agreement will be divided into 3 Lots;Lot 1- Contractors — Call-off Contract value of less than 2 000 000 GBP.Lot 2 — Contractors — Call-off Contract value of between 2 000 000 GBPand 5 000 000 GBP.Lot 3 — Contractors — Call-off Contract value of more than 5 000 000 GBP.A summary of the types of contracts / projects that will be called off under each of them and the total estimated value of these over the 4 year Framework term is set out in the tender documentation.
