This procurement is for the on-going development, support and maintenance of the Northern
Ireland Beef and Lamb Farm Quality Assurance Scheme (NIBL FQAS) Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) Database. LMC uses the NIBL FQAS CRM database to manage and
operate this NIBL FQAS on a daily basis. In order to operate NIBL FQAS effectively and
efficiently a database is required to store information in relation to NIBL FQAS participant's
membership, registration, inspection and certification.
