Descriptions
Legal services are required for the duration of the Inquiry, to continue to provide legal advice on procedures and protocols to the Chair. This will also include supporting the Counsel where appropriate; liaising with experts; the legal organisation of Inquiry hearings and responsibility for all Inquiry document review and disclosure, amongst other legal and procedural requirements. The role of the Solicitor to the Inquiry is defined under the Inquiries Act 2005.
