DN Colleges Group is seeking to procure a comprehensive finance system to replace its existing solution. The scope includes the supply, implementation, configuration, data migration, training, support, and ongoing maintenance of a modern finance system capable of supporting multi-site operations across the Group.
Engagement
DN Colleges Group undertook a Pre-Market Engagement exercise to support the early development of its specification and procurement strategy for a new finance system. The purpose of the engagement was to: Gain an understanding of the current market landscape and available finance system functionalities Explore a range of delivery models, including cloud-based and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) options Help internal stakeholders understand system capabilities and modern approaches to financial management Inform the drafting of a fit-for-purpose specification and requirements set, based on realistic market offerings This engagement included structured demonstrations from a range of system providers and internal feedback sessions with key stakeholders across the College Group. No commercial or pricing discussions took place. The process concluded on 22 May 2025
