Descriptions
The Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA), DOE, the Contracting Authority currently has a network of 15 test centres throughout Northern Ireland. These multi-purpose centres are used to deliver a wide range of services including vehicle inspections, driving tests and compliance and enforcement activities as well as providing a range of customer booking, payment and information facilities. This project encompasses the need to deliver a test centre network, including accommodation, equipment and associated services, which will meet the necessary service delivery and legislative requirements of DVA. The Contracting Authority wishes to make a single appointment of an economic operator to provide the services of a Project Management led Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to include provision of project management, architectural, engineering and construction related consultancy services for the design, management and supervision of the construction of multiple Vehicle Test Centres throughout Northern Ireland.
