The Central Government Transformation Programme (CGTP), within the Department of Finance (DoF) has been established to provide for the optimal next generation delivery of Finance, HR and payroll systems and services to all existing Central Government customers. The existing contracts for Finance, HR and payroll services and systems have been in place for more than a decade and are now approaching expiry. In order to deliver on the CGTP outcomes it is necessary to develop and assess options for the next generation of service delivery. This assignment is to appoint a contractor to work with the CGTP team to develop the outline business case for the procurement of future technology and its related supporting services both during and post implementation, as set out in the specification schedule.
