Domestic Build Works (Disability Adaptations)

Descriptions

Cheshire East Council intends to procure a framework to fulfil its Domestic Build Works requirements for disability adaptations. This will assist Cheshire East Council in the completion of works in order to support vulnerable residents to help them to live safely and independently. It is envisaged that our requirements will be split into four lots: • Lot 1 Building Alterations (South Cheshire, covering Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich, Audlem and surrounding villages and hamlets) • Lot 2 Building Alterations (East Cheshire, covering Congleton, Macclesfield, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Poynton, Disley and surround villages and hamlets) • Lot 3 External Works (South Cheshire, covering Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich, Audlem and surrounding villages and hamlets) • Lot 4 External Works (East Cheshire, covering Congleton, Macclesfield, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Poynton, Disley and surround villages and hamlets) Works that are required as part of this framework include the full range of domestic building works, including, but not limited to: Building Alterations • Site Preparation; • Foundations; • External Walls and Insulation; • Roofs and Insulation; • Doors and Windows; • Floors and Insulation; • Internal walls and ceilings; • Electrics; • Plumbing and Drainage; • Heating; • Kitchens; • Bathrooms. External Works • Ground Works; • Fencing; • External handrails; • External Doors.
