This procurement will establish and maintain a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for energy efficiency retrofit installation works predominantly to social housing and private domestic properties but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by members/licensees. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
