Descriptions
The Authority is looking to relocate its headquarters from its current Aykley Heads site to a smaller headquarters in a Durham City centric location. The Authority is looking to procure a developer to either:(a) provide a site within the search boundary; or(b) use an Authority owned site(s) to deliver the project; via a Development Agreement, in accordance with the Authority's Requirements. The Authority has resolved that it must own the freehold of the Headquarters and that there should be risk transfer to the private sector via the Development Agreement.
