The proposed scope of these works will involve the supply and installation of the following, including completion of post-contract design works: — New Marina Office hard landscaping, — Clock Tower Square including the Heritage Asset installation, hard and soft landscaping, and street furniture, — New Marina Curve Access Road to include surfacing, lighting, signs and the like, — New Marina Curve hard and soft landscaping, — New Marina Welfare buildings (2Nr supplied by employer) foundations, access ramps and services, — CCTV including fixtures and fittings, — Comms including fixtures and fittings, — Marina Curve Protrusion, surfacing and MEICA around buildings, — PoWP resurfacing seaward end and demolition of the existing toilet and café facilities.
