DWP Strategic Video Channels

Descriptions

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is exploring options for Video Calling (Business to Customer) in line with its Digital Strategic Roadmap to deploy multi-channel capabilities providing DWP and its customers with more channels for connecting whilst putting the customer at the heart of the journey. To facilitate this, DWP has an emerging requirement which they would like to explore with the market and understand offerings. The maturity of our customers' technical capability has been rapidly evolving, and DWP requires a flexible solution that can be used across different lines of businesses. As such, DWP is considering a range of flexible solutions from COTS to bespoke packages. Suppliers are requested to register their interest by writing to cd.digitalchannels@dwp.gov.uk. Please note that a Government Legal Services Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will need to be signed and returned in order to receive the requirements along with a Request for Information questionnaire. Should a supplier have a pre-existing NDA with DWP then the details will need to be confirmed for validation. ** The deadline for the responses to the RFI is Monday 18th September. Suppliers may still register their interest before this date but no extensions will be granted.**
