Nottinghamshire County Council (the ‘Authority’) on behalf of ‘the Commissioners’:Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City Councils and NHS Nottingham City, Mansfield & Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood, Nottingham West, Nottingham North & East and Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Groups, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of organisations able to provide home based care & support services for:— Older adults— People with dementia— People who may be physically frail— People with physical disabilities— People who are at the end of life— People with learning disabilities/other cognitive difficulties— People with mental health needsServices may be procured under the DPS by the Commissioners individually, collectively or in any combination.Providers must have experience of providing care and/or support services relevant to the DPS. They must, where required by legislation, be registered with the care regulator & comply with relevant regulatory standards.
