Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders from providers who wish to be part of its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver Building, Mechanical and Electrical works associated with the undertaking of Maintenance and other Built Environment work Programmes to run as a DPS from August 2015 to July 2025.Gloucestershire County Councils Asset Management and Property Services Department is responsible for the delivery of Capital Maintenance Works projects with a typical annual spend of 5 000 000 GBP to 7 000 000 GBP in recent years, however this is likely to reduce in future years.The DPS Agreement will generally apply to projects ranging from 15 000 GBP to 150 000 GBP although some projects may exceed this value.The DPS will consist of 20 Lots.
