Award of a call-off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Departure Lounge Service for Prisoners at HMP Lincoln. The Departure Lounge will deliver a release support model, starting with gathering information at 12 weeks prior to the Earliest Date of Release (EDR) to identify any barriers to resettlement and effectively reduce re-offending. The Departure Lounge will also support the preparation for release in conjunction with the Offender Management Unit (OMU), the Prison Offender Manager (POM), the Community Offender Manager (COM), and other colleagues. Prisoners will be supported to identify their needs, aspirations, and goals and make referrals in the following reducing re-offending pathways: Education, training, and employment Accommodation Drugs and Alcohol Mental health Physical health Finance, benefit, and debt Attitude, thinking, and behaviour Family and significant others
