The DPS is to supply construction works, with or without design work and with and or without land.It is envisaged the works will primarily range from New Build Social Housing to New Build Affordable Housing. The works may also include property refurbishment. Contractors may be expected to provide design elements to the project ranging from limited instructed design to a full IDT capable of producing high calibre design.Contractors may also from time to time present options for design and construction including the sale / acquisition of land. Contractors may present options periodically or the contracting authority may tender such requirements during the 4 year activation period.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to pick multiple winners from each competition.
