Descriptions
The purpose of this scope is to appoint a Consultant to provide competent and experienced discipline Engineering subject matter experts (SMEs) into the Cadent project FEED team. The Consultant shall be responsible for first line assurance on the FEED contractor deliverables for ECHP North phase 1 FEED. They shall also act as an interface between the projects second line of assurance carried out by the Cadent in-house Engineering team. The objectives are to deliver value for money, on time and provide robust review, challenge and support of the FEED contractor outputs to ensure Engineering deliverables are executed to the highest standards and quality. This shall be achieved by completing technical review, challenge, alignment, and comment on all Engineering Deliverables delivered by the FEED Contractor. Using sound Engineering judgement, to deliver a safe and efficient hydrogen network of the future, the Consultant shall represent Cadent across multiple Engineering disciplines and support in problem solving as a single team on technical challenges and issues.
