This questionnaire is intended to inform the available technologies for an Eastern HVDC link: 2 schemes below have been proposed:1) A 2 000 MW link from Torness to Hawthorne Pit, for delivery in 2027 (NOA code E2DC);2) A 2 000 MW link from Peterhead to Drax, for delivery in 2029 (NOA code E4D3).In order to inform the potential technologies which could be utilised for these HVDC schemes, you are invited to return the attached questionnaire setting out the potential capabilities offered by your company. This Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition, but intended to commence preliminary market engagement.
