Scope Overview:
The Council seeks a suitably experienced mobile vendor to operate a concession selling ice cream and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks at Calshot Spit Car Park. The concession must enhance the visitor experience while meeting all legal, hygiene, and safety standards.
