Shropshire Council's Property Services Group (PSG) is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement to understand supplier capability, capacity, risks, and opportunities in advance of a forthcoming tender. The contract will cover electrical reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a diverse property portfolio including corporate buildings, schools, leisure centres, theatres, and commercial kitchens.

Engagement will remain open until 25th February 2026. The Council reserves the right to conclude or extend engagement activities as required. All requests to participate in this Preliminary Market Engagement should be directed to property.maintenance@shropshire.gov.uk , quoting reference RMCB 058: The Preliminary Market Engagement will be delivered through the following activity: Supplier survey – a questionnaire will be issued to those suppliers indicating that they wish to be involved in order to gather detailed feedback from the market in relation to our proposals.
