The appointed provider will help deliver energy efficiency improvements to approximately 800 properties within the district, primarily targeting homes with a SAP rating of D or below.
Objectives:
• Deliver high-quality, PAS 2035/2038-compliant retrofit services
• Enhance energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and improve resident comfort
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and minimal disruption to occupants
• Support NWLDC's commitment to local suppliers, apprenticeships, and carbon reduction
