Descriptions
St Mungo's intends to obtain best value in energy procurement by establishing a Framework Agreement for the procurement of Energy. The framework will be divided into 3 lots which are:Lot 1: Half Hourly Electricity;Lot 2: Non Half Hourly Electricity;Lot 3: Gas.Only energy suppliers with a valid UK electricity supply licence are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual call-offs will be subject to mini-competitions.Only energy suppliers with a valid UK Gas Licence are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual call-offs will be subject to mini-competitions. Energy Brokers with Supply Licences will not be eligible.
