Re: Invitation to Tender for TEANR1832 - BEC 2019 Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works –Air Impact, Britas Road, Townspark, Thurles, Co.TipperaryA Dhaoine Uaisle,On behalf of Jerry & Belinda Hogan – Air Impact (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for BEC 2019 Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of five upgrades, namely the upgrade of draught lobby & doors, upgrade of a new HVAC system, upgrade of roof insulation, upgrade of led lighting, and the upgrade of internal wall insulation. The contractor must allow for all associated builders works and making good installation after upgrade works are completed.All tenders should take note, it is critical that the project is completed by the 04th October 2019.
