The scope of the works undertaken within this lot will include site preparation with various degrees of complexity and defined elements of infrastructure. The works will incorporate various levels of design responsibility. Contractors who are appointed to this lot will be required to meet the minimum training and employment targets associated to the value of scheme(s) undertaken via this lot.
