The London Borough of Harrow (the Authority) wishes to appoint the Supplier to undertake the provision of environmental enforcement across the borough.
The Agreement will work in partnership with the Authority’s Public Protection and Enforcement Team, supporting them to focus on more complex and intricate enforcement cases delivering positive outcomes to the public realm.
In partnership the Agreement aims to improve the public realm and local environmental quality. Accordingly, a key element of the Agreement will be the enforcement of environmental regulations and the collection of data.
The Council has clear requirements for how vulnerable adults would be treated and in particular fixed penalty notices should not be served on minors.
