Tai Calon Community Housing is undertaking a programme of environmental improvements to the gardens and external areas of one of our estates, Cefn Golau, Tredegar. The anticipated value of this contract is expected to be circa £300,000, although this could increase by up to and capped at 50%. The work is to be divided into individual properties and blocks, and split between a maximum of two contractors. Works are expected to start in September 2017 and completed by 28th February 2018.
