The Council is launching a new Education Services Company (ESC) in the spring of 2018. Nine services will transfer across to the new company including early years and childcare, educational psychology, safeguarding, EduKent, schools financial services, school improvement, governor services, skills and employability as well as outdoor education.ESC website objectives:— To act as the single front door for all education services delivered out of KCC;— Deliver maximum sustainable income for ESC by optimising cross/up-selling and bundling and promoting related products/services;— Integrate online sales to the CRM to deliver data for marketing and on-site cross-selling;— Provide excellent user experience;— Feature tailored/relevant, ‘sticky’ but concise content;— Launch the new ESC website on 12 March 2018.Our goal is to simplify the landscape so that customers only go to 1 website for all their education services.
