East Sussex County Council are awarding a new contract to a Strategic Provider to provide a county-wide service for the support of adults and their dependent children (under 18 years old) who are experiencing medium/high risk domestic abuse and to deliver the service within the Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) statutory guidance as outlined in the Victim and Prisoner Act 2024. The contract commencement date for the initial contract period is 1st April 2026.
