The scope of works includes the installation of gas lines for gasses to be installed in Swansea University at the Energy Safety Research Institute (ESRI) Laboratory 2. This will include relocation and placement of existing gas and chemical cabinets.The scope of works shall include a manifold change over panel for select gas lines.The scope of works shall include installation of cabinets exhaust ductwork.The scope of works shall include a gas detection system shall be provide gas detection within the cabinets and the laboratory.The gasses to be installed include:- Helium- Argon- Nitrogen- Hydrogen- Carbon Dioxide- Carbon Monoxide- Acetylene- Methane- Ethylene- Oxygen- Compressed airThe University reserve the right to omit Item E from Section 2 schedule or work from tender document page 2.2.1 for the fixed gas detection system at any time. Please include a provisional sum of GBP 20,000 for this item.Further information is available in the tender documents.
