The building has a below ground boiler house which floods and there are leaks in the heating pipework below groundThe works consist of : installing a new above ground LPHW & Water Services plant,new LPHW& Water Services pipework c/w valves and insulation throughout the building, New radiators throughout the building. Room temp controls. Isolate remove redundant LPHW & Water Services Boiler house equipment, pipework and radiators.
