Weston-super-Mare Town Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified companies to provide professional support to Town Council staff by providing Quantity Surveying Services at various Town Council Buildings and Sites in Weston-super-Mare, the contract will be for an initial 3 year term with possible extensions to the contract by agreement The company will need to have proven and demonstrable experience in a similar environment and the wide ranging skill bases to achieve the various elements of the contract which include cost management, preparation of budget estimates and budgets for funding applications.
