The development will consist of the construction of a new single story extension to Marian House Respite Home at Ballindine, Co. Mayo for Western Alzheimers. The new extension of approx. 980 m2 will include 13 no. en-suite bedrooms, Day Rooms, stores, laundry and sluice room, boiler room, sanitary facilities, circulation link corridors to the existing building. The development will also include demolition works and alterations to part (approx. 120m2) of the existing nursing home, new access roadway, new carpark, fencing, hard and soft landscaping, all associated site works and diversion/connections to existing services.
