The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of External Board Reviewer to be able to conduct a review of board effectiveness. This external review last took place at the end of the 2022/23 academic with a summary of the report found within documents. At that time, we were particularly interested in gaining insight into the efficacy of a new corporate governance structure.
