Descriptions
We intend to procure trade contract packages to support the maintenance and repair of our Corporate and Community buildings. Calls for repairs are raised by premises users (excluding Highways and Housing) and managed by the Corporate Property Services Team, supported by the Property and Facilities Management Technical Team. Response times are pre-agreed and linked to health and safety risk, monitored through KPIs. Trade Contract Packages: General Building Repairs (Substructure, Superstructure, Finishes) Doors and Windows Fittings, Furnishings, Equipment Roof Repairs Painting & Decorating (including Builder's Work) External Works Drainage Fall Protection Systems Scaffolding and Propping The anticipated term is five years, structured as 1+1+3 years to allow flexibility and performance review.
