Brent Council seeks to deliver facilities management services through a single hard facilities management contract, the scope to be determined following this market engagement. The estate comprises of circa 25 properties with a total GIFA of approximately 60 000 m2. At this stage the Council is looking to consult with the market to test ideas and solutions relating to key aspects of the FM strategy and procurement. The estimated length of the contract including any extension is 7 years (including an option for 2 years) this may subject to change. The annual spend of this contract is between circa GBP 5 000 000 – 12 500 000. Whilst this PIN says the contract will be one lot this has not yet been fully determined and will be considered following the market feedback. Renewal options have yet to be fully determined will be considered following the market feedback.
