Descriptions
Gwynedd Council is looking to procure a Contractors who has a facility to receive re-use/recycle/compost materials collected from Gwynedd Councils Highways and Municipal department and their Clients waste material from their Gully Cleansings Operations, with the following waste code 20 03 03 (street cleaning residues). This is a waste code for non-hazardous waste.The anticipated tonnes to be received yearly would be 850 tonnes per year this amount could differ per financial year.The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services.The proposed service will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of contract set out in the NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The Client reserves the right not to proceed with any proposals made in response to this invitation.The initial Service period for the contract is 12 months from the start date, the Client reserve the right to extent the contract for further 12 months intervals up to 4 years in total. (1+1+1+1)
